How quickly we replyCall us during opening hours (9:00 am – 3:00 pm, 7 days) and we'll usually pick up on the spot — if we're out in the paddock we'll call you straight back the same day. Emails, booking enquiries and messages are always answered within 24 hours.
1. Pick your dates

2. Tell us about your dog
Breed, socialising, training, health, vaccination certificate, meals and transfers.
3. We review and invoice you
Kim or Tim check your request, accept your dates and email an invoice for the 30% deposit, payable by bank transfer. The balance is simply paid when you check in.

Farm holidays: we're closed and not taking bookings 30 May to 15 June and 1 to 15 August and 23 to 26 September 2026 each year. Those dates are greyed out on the calendar.
