Gift vouchers
There's no online shop and no fixed amounts — just call or email us with the value you'd like and who it's for, and we'll do the rest. Payment is by bank transfer on an invoice, the same way our bookings work.
- 1Tell us the amountVouchers can be for any amount you like — a night, a weekend, or a set dollar value towards a longer stay.
- 2We send the voucherA branded voucher lands in your inbox as a PDF, ready to print or forward. Tell us who it's for and we'll add their name and a short message.
- 3They book whenever suitsThe voucher value comes straight off their invoice. Valid for 12 months and usable across any season.
The fine print
- Valid for 12 months from the date we issue it.
- Can be used across any season and towards extras like home pick up.
- Not redeemable for cash, and any unused balance stays on the voucher.
- Bookings are still subject to availability and our terms and conditions.
Refer a friend — $20 off each
Most of our families found us because someone they trust told them about us. If you send a friend our way, we'd like to say thank you properly.
- 1Tell a friend about usAsk them to mention your name when they enquire or in the notes on their booking form.
- 2They come for a trial dayEvery new dog does a trial day first, so we know they'll be happy out in the paddock.
- 3You both get $20 offOnce their first paid overnight stay is finished, we take $20 off their invoice and $20 off your next one.
One $20 credit per referred family, with no limit on how many friends you refer. Credits apply to overnight stays and can't be exchanged for cash.

Give Kim or Tim a call, or send us an email with the amount and who it's for.
Call us during opening hours (9:00 am – 3:00 pm, 7 days) and we'll usually pick up on the spot — if we're out in the paddock we'll call you straight back the same day. Emails, booking enquiries and messages are always answered within 24 hours.
