We review every request, then email an invoice for the full amount, payable by bank transfer within 48 hours — no card payment online. Payment holds your dates, including peak dates. Cancel with 7 days' notice for a full refund. All dogs need a current C5 vaccination and up-to-date flea and worm treatment. We encourage every new dog to have a day stay with us before their first overnight, so we know they'll be happy in the paddock.
