We review every request, then email an invoice for the 30% deposit, payable by bank transfer — no card payment online. The deposit holds your dates, including peak dates. Cancel with 7 days' notice for a full refund. All dogs need a current C5 vaccination and up-to-date flea and worm treatment. Every new dog does a day stay before their first overnight, so we know they'll be happy in the paddock.
